Barak Valley Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Considered and accepted the resignation of Ms. Bhavna Jangid as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of May 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Considered and approved the Appointment of Mr. Varun Kapoor as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015 to fill the vacancy caused due to resignation of Ms. Bhavna Jangid.<BR><BR>3. Approved to convene 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 23, 2015.<BR><BR>4. Approved the revised Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
