| Barak Valley Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. Approved to convene 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 08, 2014, and<br/><br/>2. Approve the re-appointment of Mr. Kamakhya Chamaria as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. September 30, 2014 and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Approve the re-appointment of Mr. Bijay Kumar Garodia as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. June 01, 2014 and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.<br/><br/>4. Approve the re-appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Bajaj as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. September 30, 2014 and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.<br/><br/>5. Approve the re-appointment of Mr. Brahm Prakash Bakshi, Mr. Dhanpat Rain Agarwal, Mr. Ramesh Chandra Bajaj, and Mr. Vishal More as the Independent Directors of the Company. | |
