Barak Valley Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015 and to consider any other matter With the permission of the Chair and majority of Board of Directors.<BR><BR>Further, that the Company has decided that the trading window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall be closed from August 05, 2015 and none of the Directors/ Promoters/ Officers/ Designated Employees shall deal in the Equity shares/ securities of the Company till August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
