This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10th August, 2017 at # 201 & 202, Ashoka Capitol, Road No - 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034 to consider, approve and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 and any other business/matters as may be permitted by the Chairman.<BR> <BR> In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 05th August, 2017 to 11th August, 2017 (both days inclusive)<BR>
