| Basant Agro Tech India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 22 of companies (Management and Administration) Rule, 2014, the Company will be conducting postal ballot for obtaining the approval of shareholders of the Company for following Special Business:<br/><br/>1. Borrowing power of the Board of Directors under section 180(1)(c) of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>2. Creation of charge on the properties of the Company in respect of borrowing under section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Alteration of Article of Association of the Company pursuant to section 14 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>Mr. Raghav Khatod, Practicing Chartered Accountant has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot Process.<br/><br/>The Cut off date/ Specified date for the purpose of determining list of members for e-voting is July 18, 2014. | |
