Basant Agro Tech India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 to transact the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.03.2016.<BR><BR>2. To discuss and consider the diversification into the business of packaged drinking water, business in different kinds of gases and liquids and business related to sporting activities with the existing business.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the insiders shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
