Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of Bata India Limited ('the Company) shall remain closed from April 01, 2015 to May 28, 2015 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the 5th quarter and fifteen months Financial Period ended March 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>Therefore, take on record the period of Closure of Trading Window of the Company from April 01, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive).
