With reference to the earlier letter dated March 31, 2015, regarding the 'Trading Window' of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2015 to May 28, 2015, for consideration of the Annual Audited Financial Results and recommendation of dividend at the Board Meeting to be held on May 27, 2015, Bata India Ltd has now informed BSE that the period of closure of 'Trading Window' shall be extended till March 29, 2015 in compliance with the provisions of the new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>Therefore, the period of Closure of Trading Window of the Company from April 01, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
