BAYER CROPSCIENCE LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Bayer CropScience Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 17 per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>The Company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 4 per share on September 19, 2014. The total dividend for the year ended March 31, 2015 amounts to Rs. 21 per Equity Share. The final dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders, will be paid on or after September 15, 2015.
