| Bedmutha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matter:<br/><br/>1. The audited, consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2014 and the Audited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ended March 31, 2014; and<br/><br/>2. To recommend Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the Financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year and the quarter ending March 31, 2014 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from May 15, 2014 till May 25, 2014 i.e. after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (Both days inclusive). | |
