Bedmutha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results subject to Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from January 30, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
