In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed to consider, approve and to take on record the Un-Audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from November 15, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
