| BEML Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 09, 2015 to September 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 15, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the E-voting on https://evoting.karvy.com would commence from 9.00 A.M. on September 10, 2015 and end at 5.00 P.M. on September 14, 2015 for facilitating the members to vote on all the resolutions to be passed at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on September 15, 2015. The cut-off date for ascertaining the eligibility for members for e-voting is September 08, 2015. | |
