Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016, have recommended a dividend of 200% or Rs. 20 per share on 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (Previous Year Dividend @ 200%). The Dividend will amount to Rs. 260 lacs. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid out of the provision for dividend.
