We would like to bring to your notice that our office premises in Hyderabad has been visited by the officials from Enforcement Directorate for investigation with reference to alleged violation of FEMA Regulations by some of our suppliers, during 21.03.2024 & 22.03.2024 for seeking business related information, which has been provided and we have fully co-operated with them. we would like to reiterate here that the Company has an exemplary track record of Corporate Governance and disclosing the required information to the regulators and will continue to do so. Further, we do not anticipate any material impact on the Company with regard to the aforesaid investigation. Kindly take the same on your record.
