Bhandari Hosiery Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share (i.e.) @ 1%) on equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
