Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated personnel from May 11, 2015 till May 21, 2015 (both days inclusive).
