With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 25, 2014, regarding Board meeting on February 04, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2013 subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, Bharat Forge Ltd has now informed BSE that the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 04, 2014 would consider, inter alia, declaration of interim dividend for the Financial year 2013-14.
