| Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 23, 2014 to September 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 02, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the payment of dividend when declared at the Annual General Meeting being convened on September 02, 2014 will be done on and from September 22, 2014. | |
