Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2016 has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ending on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend as stated above will be credited / dispatched on or before March 31, 2016.
