BHEL Board of Directors at its meeting held today (10.08.2017) has, subject to approval of members of the Company in the Annual General Meeting, recommended issue of Bonus Shares to the members of the Company by capitalisation of its free reserves in the ratios of 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up for every 2 (two) existing equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up held by the members.<BR> <BR>
