Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2016, have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 12.50 per equity share of face value Rs.10 each i.e. 125% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16. <BR><BR>The above dividend will be paid or the warrant in respect thereof will be posted on or before February 17, 2016.
