Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has decided to recommend a final dividend @ 10%, i.e. Rs. 1/- per share on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. However, the final dividend of Rs. 1/- per share recommended would be payable after the declaration of the said dividend by the shareholders of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
