Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed BSE that In compliance with the Insider Trading Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on April 28, 2015 has formulated the following codes:<BR><BR>1. Code of Conduct i.e. Bharti Airtel Insider Trading Policy - 2015, to regulate, monitor and report trading by the Insiders; and<BR><BR>2. Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
