| Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone Un-audited (Limited Reviewed) Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016,<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, and further pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (Insider Trading Code) and Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct- Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Principles of fair Disclosure)" approved and adopted by the Board of Directors, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Others covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of February 06, 2017 and shall continue to remain closed up to 48 hours after the Information is submitted to the Stock Exchange on February 14, 2017. | |
