Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the Quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Others covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of November 05, 2014 and shall continue to remain closed upto 24 hours after the information is submitted to the Stock Exchange on November, 2014.
