Bhushan Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window will remain closed from February 01, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
