With reference to the new article appeared in The Economic Times on March 31, 2015 titled "Bhushan Steel Targets Orissa Sponge", Bhushan Steel Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"As referred in the news, we have had no discussion with promoters of Orissa Sponge iron & Steel Ltd. (OSISL).<BR><BR>The relevant information in this regard would certainly be announced to the exchanges under clause 36 of the listing agreement as soon as some discussion / negotiations take place."
