Bilcare Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys Shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2014 till one day after the results are published in the newspapers, in terms of the Companys code of internal procedures and conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading in securities, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
