With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 23, 2015, regarding Board Meeting which was scheduled on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, Bilcare Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is postponed and re-scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company shall now remain closed till one day after the results are published in the newspapers, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
