Binani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company shall remain closed from July 29, 2014 till August 08, 2014.
