Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2014, <br/>has declared Dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share (i.e. 60%) on 7,70,05,347 ordinary shares for the Financial Year 2013-14, which shall be paid after the same is approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
