Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that as per requirement of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the Company has formulated the 'Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' and 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information', The above codes would come into effect from May 15, 2015.
