| Birla Precision Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the unwillingness of Promoters, namely M/s. Asian Distributors Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Birla Bombay Pvt. Ltd. to subscribe to the proposed issue of convertible warrants to Promoters on preferential basis, the Board has, by circular resolution dated March 26, 2014 decided to withdraw the proposed issue of convertible warrants to above Promoters on preferential basis. | |
