BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the forthcoming Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>- Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Specified Persons (Designated Employees, Directors, Promoters and their immediate relatives) from January 29, 2016 till February 14, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
