BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, have considered and decided the following businesses:<br/><br/>1. Sh. Satish Kumar Sharma, Executive Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Board considered and decided to change the designation of Sh. Keshav Chand Jain, Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Director w.e.f. August 13, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Sh. Vikram Rathi, Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 04, 2014, since the Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the Company.
