With reference to the earlier letter dated June 22, 2015, had notified that the Company had acquired additional 21% stake into Blue Dart Aviation Limited (BDAL) and Company holds 70% stake into BDAL.<BR><BR>Blue Dart Express Ltd has now informed BSE that on July 29, 2015, BDEL further enhanced its stake into BDAL to 74% by additional acquisition of 4% stake into BDAL.
