| Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to authority delegated by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 14, 2014, the Committee Meeting of Directors held on November 21, 2014 allotted 14 (fourteen) Bonus Debentures i.e 7 (Seven) Bonus Debenture under series I, 4 (four) Bonus Debentures under series II and 3 (three) Bonus Debentures under series III of face value of Rs. 10 each for every 1 (one) equity share of the Company held by the Shareholders whose names appeared on Record date i.e on November 18, 2014. | |
