Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2016, has accorded its approval to enhance Company's stake into Blue Dart Aviation Limited (Subsidiary Company) from present 74% to 100% and to initiate steps in connection therewith.
