Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 20, 2015, on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Khanna as Managing Director of the Company for the period of 3 (Three) years with effect from February 21, 2015, subject to necessary approval by the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
