Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following: <BR><BR>1. Mr. Sangameshwar lyer has resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2015 and Mr. Vijay Devadiga has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in his place w.e.f. June 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Further the Board has subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting also considered and taken on record reappointment of Mr. Vir S. Advani as a Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2015.
