Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal ballot notice of The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited ("The Company"'') dated 27th March, 2024, (''Notice'') for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for appointment of Mr. Natarajan Venkataraman (DIN: 05220857) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of the Company. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (''''NSDL'''') to provide remote e-voting facility to its Members. The remote e-voting period commences on Tuesday, 2nd April, 2024 at 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Wednesday, 1st May, 2024 at 5.00 pm (IST). The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter.
