Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that as a part of restructuring exercise, the Company has declared a <br/>lock-out at its mill division located at Dodaballapur, Bangalore.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Clause V of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Company further note that the trading window of the Company has been closed and shall remain closed upto March 20, 2014.
