Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Vandana Gupta, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation vide letter dated January 27, 2024 which is effective from the closing hours of January 27, 2024. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure - I. The copy of the resignation letter dated January 27, 2024 as received from Ms. Vandana Gupta is enclosed as Annexure 2. Kindly note that the said resignation will be taken on record at the ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
