| Brigade Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that Brigade Group and GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, through its affiliate Company, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on September 01, 2014 to jointly invest up to Rs. 1,500 crores in residential and mixed-use developments in select cities of South India. The Joint Venture aims to acquire land for residential and mixed-use developments.<br/><br/>In this regards the Company has submitted to BSE proposed press release titled "Brigade Group and GIC set up Rs. 1,500 crores JV for residential investments".<br/><br/>The Trading Window of the Company is closed for this purpose from 9.30 a.m. on August 27, 2014 till 9,29 a.m. on September 03, 2014 for Designated Persons and their dependent family members. This is in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company. | |
