Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2015, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend to the Members of the Company for payment of Dividend, if any, on the Company's Equity Share Capital for the year ended March 31, 2015, in that respect the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from May 06, 2015 to till 24 hours after Audited Financial Results are made public.<BR><BR>During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of 12(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
