| BS Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2015, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider, publish and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015;<BR><BR>2. Evaluate and approve, if feasible, a synergetic business proposal, which is likely to expedite the Companys business expansion plans;<BR><BR>3. Evaluate the potential of backward and forward integration to augment business expansion plan of the Company;<BR><BR>4. Increase the Authorized Capital of the Company;<BR><BR>5. Raise funds through issue of Equity Shares / Equity Linked Instruments, Debentures or any other Securities as an enabling resolution as per the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder;<BR><BR>6. Fix the date and time of Annual General Meeting;<BR><BR>7. Approve the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company remains closed from April 29, 2015 to May 07, 2015 for the purpose of Declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2015 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 06, 2015. | |
