BSL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, has recommended the Dividend @ 12% i.e. Rs. 1.20/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3.30 PM and concluded at 5.30 PM.
