BSL Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 02, 2014 for approval and adoption of Un-Audited Financial results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014. <br/><br/>Further, as per Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated employees and their dependents from July 18, 2014 to August 03, 2014 (Both days inclusive).
