Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter/ Nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from February 02, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
